The Rossing T&M CMS (cms.rossingtm.com) is the internal production system of Rossing T&M. Only people who were given an account by Rossing T&M may use it, and only for work on Rossing T&M's own channels.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Rossing T&M can change or end anyone's access at any time; access to production folders in Google Drive ends with it.
The work
Work handed in through the CMS is made for Rossing T&M under the agreement between Rossing T&M and the person who made it. Material in the CMS and its Drive folders may not be shared outside it.
AI checks of your work
The CMS uses AI services to help the team. Your work and your voice can be checked by them:
- Scripts you hand in can be read by Anthropic (Claude) against the channel's checklist, which suggests revision points to the reviewer. A person decides; the AI never approves or rejects your work.
- Voice-overs you hand in can be written out by OpenAI and held against the approved script, to show what was skipped or added. That means a recording of your voice goes to OpenAI.
- Thumbnails, also approved ones, can be shown to Anthropic (Claude) as examples when the CMS makes and compares new thumbnail designs.
These checks are switched on per channel by Rossing T&M. Only what the check needs is sent, never your payment details. Which services the CMS uses, and what goes to each, is listed in the privacy policy.
The CMS also keeps a log of what you do in it (for example handing in, downloads, and what changed in your Drive folders), so Rossing T&M can see who did what. Only the owner of Rossing T&M can read it.
YouTube
The CMS uses YouTube API Services to read the figures of Rossing T&M's own channels and to upload videos to them. By using its YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Privacy
How the CMS uses data, including data from Google, is described in the privacy policy. What we keep about you if you work with us, why, who sees it and how long, is in its part for freelancers: If you work with us. In short: invoices and payments 7 years (Dutch tax law); everything else is made anonymous 6 months after the last payment, once you stopped working with us.
